Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex customer issues on AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS).
- Act as a technical liaison between global AWS customers and internal product development teams.
- Automate diagnostic scripts and author technical knowledgebase articles for cloud operations.
- Participate in high-severity incident resolution bridges for enterprise tier-1 customers.

Eligibility Criteria
- Solid knowledge of OS fundamentals (Linux / Windows administration and bash scripting).
- Good understanding of Computer Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, OSI Model).
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, virtualization, and containers (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent customer-facing communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
