Key Responsibilities
- Assist engagement teams in performing audit procedures, financial reviews, and internal controls testing.
- Analyze client financial records, general ledgers, trial balances, and supporting accounting schedules.
- Identify deviations, compliance issues, and risk triggers in business workflows and financial statements.
- Work closely with senior engagement managers and international cross-functional teams.
- Document audit work papers using modern audit automation and analytical software tools.
- Communicate findings effectively through structured status reports and presentation summaries.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Tech, MBA, M.Com or equivalent degree programs.
- Candidates graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with an aggregate of 60% or 6.5 CGPA throughout academics.
- No active backlogs at the time of attending the recruitment selection process.
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid foundation in basic financial accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts and collaborate with global offshore delivery centers.
